What is EZjam?

EZjam is as E-Z as 1-2-3. With this system, it makes it easy for coaches to manage their account, keep their information updated and register teams for events. WOW! As always, GSSA 1 Spirit looks for ways to make the events stress-free! Registration has never been easier!

   
What is the value of using EZjam?

For coaches, EZjam makes it easy to update their information including mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, etc. It allows coaches to register ONLINE without the hassle of paperwork, and EZjam checks participants to ensure that each team is registered in the correct division. Immediately after registering online, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to confirm registration information.

   
How do I know if I have an account?

If you registered with an EZjam account during the 2006-2007 season, then you can still use your same Online Account. Please sign in with your designated e-mail address and password. If you did NOT register an EZjam account last year, please click on "New Account" to register for an Online Account.

   
What is an account? What is a team?

An account is a gym/studio/school profile on our EZjam system. When you have an account, you can update your information and register teams. Your account asks for and refers to gym/school/studio information. A team is a group of individuals registering for an event. This team is linked to an account, event, a division and a team list.

   
Do I have to pay when I register teams?

When registering your teams on EZjam, you must pay for your teams in full in order for your team(s) information to be sent to GSSA 1 Spirit. However, you may enter your registration information, save the information, then pay at a later date. Please note that if you do this, your information will not be sent to GSSA 1 Spirit until you pay. Your registration fees (early, on-time and final) will be calculated by the date on which you pay. In order for you to be FULLY registered for a GSSA 1 Spirit Event, you must submit all team information, pay for all teams and complete a Waiver Form for each participant.

   
What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted. Please follow all instructions when entering a payment. The refund policy will apply after payment is made.

   

How do I register crossovers or additional dance members?

There are 3 types of participants – regular participants, crossover participants and additional dance participants.

  1. To add regular participants to your team, select the option “Select New Participant Entries.” This will allow you to add any number of participants to the team member list.
  2. To add crossovers, click the option “Select Participants from other Events/Registrations.” This will allow you to add an entire team from a past event, an entire team from another division or individual members from other teams (thus making them crossovers).
  3. Additional dance will be figured automatically when you select members using the “Select Participants from other Events/Registrations” option. It must be all of the same members from another dance division at the same event.
   

How do I know if I am in the wrong division?

After entering your team list, the system will automatically check to make sure that each of your members fits the criteria for the division. If some members are not eligible for the division, then a message will appear to tell you so. This could be any division violation (i.e number of males, age restrictions, number of participants). You will then need to select another division or take this participant off of the team member list as they will not be allowed to compete in that division. You will NOT be allowed to pay until all members meet the division criteria.

   

How do I change information after I have paid?

You cannot change any of your account information after you have paid online. Please call us at 1-866-JAMFEST to change any information. All fees will apply.
